Residential Habilitation and Support

How It Works
Our supplemental staffing model is designed to support residential providers, not replace them. We coordinate closely with your existing team.
Provider Connects
The residential provider or case manager contacts us to discuss staffing needs, shift gaps, and the individuals being served.
Staffing Plan
We build a staffing plan that complements your existing team. Where possible, your own staff take supplemental hours with us to maintain familiarity.
Seamless Support
Qualified, credentialed staff begin covering shifts. We maintain open communication and adjust the plan as your needs evolve.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does supplemental staffing mean?
Supplemental staffing means Dynamic Possibilities provides additional caregivers to fill shifts that the primary residential provider cannot cover. This reduces overtime for your team, prevents service gaps, and keeps familiar faces in the lives of individuals being served. It is a collaborative model, not a replacement.
What is the difference between RH10 and RH20?
RH10 refers to Residential Habilitation services, and RH20 refers to Residential Support services. Both are provided in residential settings under the CIH Waiver. The specific service type depends on the individual’s approved plan and level of support needed.
Can our existing staff work through Dynamic Possibilities?
Yes. Our Partnership Care model allows your existing staff to take part-time hours with Dynamic Possibilities to fill supplemental shifts. This keeps trusted caregivers in the lives of the individuals they already support. Learn more about Partnership Care.
