We partner with other providers through a collaborative supplemental staffing model. When a caregiver reaches their 40-hour limit at a primary agency, they can continue serving the same individual through Dynamic Possibilities. This preserves the trusted relationship, reduces overtime costs for the primary provider, and ensures uninterrupted care for the individual.
Do you replace existing providers?
Absolutely not. We are built to collaborate, not compete. Our model supports your existing team by filling staffing gaps and providing relief. We never seek to take contracts or displace the providers already serving an individual.
How quickly can services begin?
After the referral and assessment are complete, services typically begin within one to two weeks. The exact timeline depends on individual needs, waiver authorization, and caregiver matching. We keep you informed throughout the entire process.
